Ownership and Rights

APTDC Limited, a Government of Assam Undertaking, owns or has licensed all intellectual property rights in:

• The iPMS platform and its underlying software
• System architecture and database structures
• User interface design and layout
• Graphics, logos, icons, and images
• Text content, documentation, and manuals
• Data models and analytical frameworks
• Source code and proprietary algorithms

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without explicit written permission from APTDC Limited, except as expressly permitted in this notice.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written authorization from APTDC Limited, you may NOT:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any part of iPMS for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary marks
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the system or its components
• Use iPMS materials on other websites or platforms
• Extract data systematically through automated means
• Share system access or credentials with unauthorized parties

Trademarks

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of APTDC Limited:

• Assam Plains Tribes Development Corporation Limited logo
• APTDC Limited name and acronym
• Integrated Project Monitoring System (iPMS)
• Related service marks and logos

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in iPMS are the property of their respective owners. Use of any trademark without written permission is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

By uploading or submitting content to iPMS (including project data, photos, videos, and documents), you represent that:

• You have the right to submit such content
• The content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights
• You grant APTDC Limited a non-exclusive license to use the content for system purposes

All user-generated content remains the property of APTDC Limited and the Government of Assam and is subject to applicable government regulations.

Open Source Components

iPMS may incorporate certain open-source software components. These components are governed by their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). The use of such components does not affect APTDC Limited's copyright in the overall system. Attribution and license information for open-source components is available in the system documentation.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content in iPMS infringes your copyright, please provide the following information to our Copyright Agent:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

APTDC Limited actively protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials may result in civil and criminal penalties under the Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended), Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws. Violators may be subject to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

International Copyright

iPMS and its contents are protected by international copyright treaties and conventions to which India is a signatory. Copyright protection extends to all countries that are parties to the Berne Convention and other relevant international agreements.

Fair Use and Government Policy

Nothing in this Copyright Notice shall restrict fair use of materials as permitted under the Copyright Act, 1957, or use of materials in accordance with the Right to Information Act, 2005, and other applicable government transparency policies. However, such use must comply with the relevant statutory provisions and government regulations.

Updates to This Notice

APTDC Limited reserves the right to modify this Copyright Notice at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to iPMS. Your continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

This Copyright Notice is governed by the Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended), and other applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from copyright matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
